Statement of Inclusivity

The Board of Directors of New England Rubber Men Inc. and the owners of the Mr. New England Rubber Contest would like to take this opportunity to reiterate our policy on the inclusion of trans males in our membership and contest: self-identified males are welcome regardless of gender at birth, and always will be.

It is one of our guiding principles that the spirit and interests that bring us together as a kink group are unrelated to what your body looks like. We see this as a growing and unifying sentiment among the members of the kink community as a whole -— a community that continues to make tremendous strides in looking past differences to find the common threads that unite people from the most diverse of backgrounds.
